These terms are the agreement between you and Flowtiny ("we", "us"). By creating an account or using Flowtiny, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use it.
What Flowtiny is
Flowtiny gives you a storefront link and QR code, an order board with the phases an order moves through, and forms to ask customers what you need to know. We are a tool for the brand and its customers. We are not a party to any sale. We don't take payments, deliver goods or check that anyone paid.
Who can use it
You must be an adult able to enter a contract. If you sign up for a brand, you confirm that you may act for it.
Your account
- Give us accurate details and keep them current.
- Keep your password to yourself. You are responsible for what happens under your account.
- Tell us right away if someone uses your account without permission.
Cost
Flowtiny is free until January 2027. After that we may charge for it. We will tell you before anything is charged, and you can close your account instead.
What you put in
You keep ownership of what you add: your name, logo, photos, items, prices, workflow, forms and messages. You give us permission to store, display and process them for the purpose of running Flowtiny for you and your customers. That permission ends when you delete the content or close your account, apart from what we must keep by law.
You are responsible for your content. You confirm that you have the right to use it, that it is accurate, and that it breaks no law or anyone else's rights.
Your customers' information
The answers your customers give you are yours to handle, and you are responsible for how you use them. In particular:
- Follow the privacy laws that apply to you, including the Data Privacy Act of 2012 if you are in the Philippines.
- Ask only for what you need to fill the order.
- Don't ask for card numbers, passwords, government ID numbers or other sensitive information through a form.
- Use it only for the order. Don't sell it, and don't use it to send unrelated messages.
What you can't do
- Sell anything that is illegal to sell, or run a scam.
- Place fake orders, or use Flowtiny to harass or deceive anyone.
- Upload malware, or try to break into Flowtiny or another account.
- Scrape Flowtiny, get around its limits, or copy or reverse engineer the software.
- Pretend to be someone else, or use a name or logo you have no right to.
Sales between you and your customers
Prices, payment, delivery, refunds and disputes are between you and your customer. Moving an order to a "paid" phase is your decision; we don't verify it. We aren't responsible for goods or services you sell, or for anything a customer sends you.
Availability and changes
We work to keep Flowtiny running, but it can go down, and we can't promise it will always be available. We may change or remove features. If we make a change that takes away something you rely on, we will say so where we can.
Ending your use
You can stop at any time and ask us to delete your account at support@flowtiny.com. Your storefront link and QR codes stop working when the account closes.
We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, puts others at risk, or that the law requires us to close. Where it's reasonable, we will tell you first.
Ownership
Flowtiny, its software and its name belong to us. These terms give you the right to use the service, not to own any part of it. If you send us ideas or feedback, we can use them without owing you anything.
No warranty
Flowtiny is provided "as is" and "as available". To the fullest extent the law allows, we don't promise it will be error free, always on, or suited to your particular needs.
Limit of our responsibility
To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as lost sales, lost profit or lost data. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to what you paid us for Flowtiny in the twelve months before the claim. Nothing here limits a responsibility that the law doesn't allow to be limited.
If someone makes a claim because of you
You will cover the costs of a claim against us that comes from your content, your sales, your use of your customers' information, or your breach of these terms.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the Philippines. Any dispute goes to the courts of the Philippines, unless the law of your country says otherwise.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, we update this page and the date at the top. For changes that matter, we will also email brands. If you keep using Flowtiny after a change takes effect, you accept it.
